Each and everyone of us came into this world with an extraordinary gift and a divinely-guided purpose that was put in place by our higher power and spiritual team to help us become wildly happy, successful, prosperous, and abundant beyond measure. Because the more prosperous we become, the more money we make, and the more money we make allows us to make a more powerful difference in the world around us. We don’t just line our pockets, we give back to the community.
But how can we do that when there’s so much in our way?
This is our spiritual assignment.
When we hang onto the darkness and despair of our past, we cloud the vision for our future. How can you realize your full potential when all you see is every single failure? We must be willing to let go of those failures, recognize and release ALL of the negative people, places, and things that have held us back from achieving everything we’ve ever desired, and send all of it out into the universe to be recycled for our highest good.

I'm a Detroit-born, Yoga Alliance 200 HR RYT, modern metaphysical and holistic healthcare practitioner, education alchemist + spiritual entrepreneur.
I hold an Associates Degree in Mind, Body, Transformational Psychology.
My specialties include being a transformational life coach, spiritual guide-ess, professional tarot reader, clinical hypnotherapist, ordained minister, and spiritual business executive.
Previously, I spent over 30 years in the salon and spa industry as a nail-tech, stylist, esthetician, massage therapist, instructor, manager, director, educational director, and eventually a salon owner.
I’m here to teach my BRILLIANT + BADASS BFF’S how to break-free from the negative people, places, and things that have held you back from ACHIEVING EVERYTHING they’ve ever desired!

I’ve spent my ENTIRE ADULT LIFE – nearly 40 years working in the salon, spa, adult education, and personal transformation industry. I began as a nail tech and worked my way through to become a stylist, instructor, massage therapist, esthetician, energy practitioner, reiki master, manager, director, educational director, and eventually business owner.
In my tenure, I’ve earned over 50 different types of AWARDS, CERTIFICATIONS, DIPLOMAS, and DEGREES.
My mission has always involved being a source of information and inspiration to women who are struggling to overcome enormous blocks and obstacles to become the highest version of themselves and live their best life. I’m continually guided to expand my wisdom and expertise so I can bring new and better ways to serve my clients.
There’s something about this journey that is deeply encrypted within my soul.
THIS is who I am. THIS is what I do. The mission never changes. What does change, is the delivery!
In 2020, I had owned a highly successful tarot and women’s coaching business when the pandemic struck and wiped out my entire business. This led to a complete “dark night of the soul” moment that sent me into the deepest state of depression and despair that I hadn’t felt in decades. Through this experience I received a “calling” to become a YOGA TEACHER which was incredibly ironic because not only have I never taken a yoga class, I’d never even been inside of a yoga studio.
FOR YEARS family, friends, and co-workers encouraged me to take yoga classes but I blatantly refused.
But the call was greater than my repose so I enrolled into a virtual teacher training course with YogaRenew.
After I entered into the program and discovered the true purpose of yoga, I was shocked to learn that yoga was originally created to help human beings RELEASE NEGATIVITY from within the mind, body, and spirit to help us live a happy and prosperous life.
I had always thought yoga was a physical fitness class. I couldn’t have been more wrong.
Yoga is truly a miracle. Not only was I able to begin the transformational journey of healing the deepest, darkest, and most dysfunctional aspects of my existence, I realized WHY my life had turned out the way it had and why I hung onto the addictions and challenges I faced. My yoga origin story is long and involved that’s filled with addiction, dysfunction, chaos, and disaster. But essentially, there are parts of us that realize when transformation is about to occur, can start to act up in ways that discourage and keep us from that process.
I’ll share more about my life, including how I’m dealing with a condition called “drop foot” as we go through our journey together. What’s MORE IMPORTANT to know is HOW I can help you!

There’s not a day that goes by that I WISH TO GOD that I had opened my mind just a tiny bit to experiment with yoga just enough to experience the benefits that yoga had to offer. In just two short years my life has changed in so many incredible ways, with new discoveries being made every day!
Yoga is a journey inward and homeward that helps you discover who you are at a core level and the lifestyle you want to lead.
But I can’t help but wonder if I had just listened to a friend or walked into a yoga studio earlier, how different my life would have been?
